Weekly lettings for The Old Mill are Saturday to Saturday.

Low season 2018

Cottage £425 per week

Weeks Commencing:

High season 2018

Cottage £575 per week

Weeks commencing:

11th Feb & 17th Feb (half term)

31st March & 7th April (Easter)

27th May - 1st September (summer)

6th Oct - 20th Oct (half term)

We value repeat custom so all returning guests qualify for a 10% loyalty discount on accommodation at The Old Mill. Please let us know when booking that you have visited before (Terms and conditions apply).

Eco Pod Rates 2018

Monday to Thursday £60 per night for up to 4 guests.

Friday to Sunday and Bank Holidays £70 per night for up to 4 guests.

We offer bedding and towels for £10 per pod, per stay.

Dogs are charged at £5 per dog, per stay.

No minimum length of stay.

Our Cottage and Pods are open from the begining of February to the end of November every year.

Additional Information

Arrival after 4pm and departure 11am. Please contact us if you need to arrive before 4pm.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer or Paypal. Payments by bank transfer are subject to a £5 discount on the total rate. 

All prices include VAT at 20%.


The Old Mill: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Balance payable 30 days before the holiday start date. In the event you have to cancel we will attempt to obtain a replacement booking. If we obtain a replacement booking all payments will be refunded. If we cannot re-let, all payments will be retained. If we have to cancel your holiday all payments will be refunded.

All special offers/deals must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.


Eco Pods: Full payment usually required at the time of booking. 


Fishing: A one day permit for unlimited rods is complimentary to guests staying in The Old Mill. Additional day permits are available to residents for £10. Non-residents day permits are £10 per rod. Loch Craskie and the River Cannich contain pike and wild brown trout and all fishing is on a catch and release basis.


Dogs: dogs are very welcome by arrangement, additional charges apply to cover cleaning. Dog crates are available.


If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to the unpredictable nature of Highland weather we strongly advise you take out appropriate travel insurance.
